Lagoon Home Watch & Concierge is locally owned and operated by Roger Averill, a lifelong North Brevard County resident who understands the homes, weather, communities, and service needs of Florida’s Space Coast.
The business was created around a simple idea: homeowners who are away deserve a reliable local professional who will pay attention, communicate clearly, and treat their property with respect.
