Can Lagoon provide access for a contractor while I am away?

Yes. With your authorization and an agreed appointment, Lagoon can coordinate scheduled property access.

Does the contractor have to be selected by me?

No. Lagoon can coordinate access for a provider you select or one referred by Lagoon. The provider remains independently responsible for its work.

Does Vendor Access include inspecting or approving the contractor's work?

No. Vendor Access is limited to agreed property access and coordination, not approval or inspection of the provider's work.
